These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trans365 (the "Service"), a digital software/service platform for AI-powered translation and localization workflows.

1. Service Description

Trans365 is a digital software/service that provides real-time bilingual web page translation. Core features include full-page translation, area translation, multi-select translation, and input-box translation across 120+ languages. The Service is delivered digitally: access is provided online immediately after signup or successful payment through your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and to safeguard your account credentials.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer the Service, interfere with its security or performance, use it for unlawful or fraudulent activities, or resell access without our written authorization.

4. Fees, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Trans365 uses a prepaid credit system. Users purchase credits ("tokens") that are deducted per translation based on actual usage. There are no monthly or yearly subscription fees and no forced auto-renewal charges.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout. Fees are charged in USD and may exclude applicable taxes. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Because the Service is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable. Limited refund exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions (subject to verification), proven technical failure on our side, or where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted to support@trans365.me within 7 days of the original charge and include relevant transaction details. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. Translation requests are processed in real time and are not stored permanently.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware or abusive content, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store complete card information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Trans365. Except for rights expressly granted, all rights are reserved.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
